According to historians, no turkey was served at the first Thanksgiving. Instead, deer, ducks, geese, oysters, lobster, eel and fish were on the menu! Mashed potatoes, pumpkin pie, and cranberry relish was most likely also not served. And surprisingly, Turduckens (turkey stuffed with a duck stuffed with a chicken) were prepared.
