Are you a blue lobster? That means you’re one in 4 million! Whilst the vast majority of lobsters are greeny-brown in the wild and pinky-orange (and delicious) when boiled, every so often fishermen pull in an incredible bright blue lobster. These are caused by a rare genetic condition that effects one in around 4 million. There are also even rarer bright yellow and white albino lobsters, but none are quite as iridescent as the blue.
