One of the biggest pop culture films phenomenon's recently – Disney's Frozen – could have been very different. The original script had Elsa as a villain! She was initially as cold and mean as you might expect from an ice queen, but when the producers heard 'Let It Go' they considered how lonely the character must have felt, reconsidered and changed the whole script!
