Interesting fact:

As you probably already know, The Walking Dead television series is actually based on an ongoing comic book series by the same name. Not everything that happens in the books also happens in the show. In the television version, Rick almost gets beaten to death by the Governor, whereas in the comics, the Governor actually chops Rick’s hand off!
